This top was created after being challenged on twitter to "draw your OC in this top and nothing else". Ended up liking the top so much that I think it's good enough to put on the market! This Top was made 100% from scratch. Avatar not included

What's Included?:

• Open Crop Top Hoodie FBX file
• All textures RAR file

What you CAN do:

• Modify, upload, and use for personal use.
• Sell or ask for commissions to customize the given assets, as long as credit to the original model is given & both parties have purchased the standered License.
• Sell edited textures for this product, as long as you are not re-selling the mesh files for the product.

What you CAN NOT do:

• Resell any unmodified assets or assets created using files from this package.
• Sell edited/modified assets/avatars for equal or lesser than the base price of this product.

What you CAN do with a Commercial License purchase:

• When purchasing the Commercial License, you are eligible for using any of the models within this package for your own purchasable products & Avatars AFTER they have been edited/applied. Credit must still be given to the original product.
